Satisfies L&S International Studies Breadth requirement.

 This course will explore some fascinating aspects of Hungarian culture including elements of literature, film, and folklore.

Readings will reflect the students’ individual needs, goals, and interests.

The course is aimed primarily at students who would like to improve their Hungarian language skills by working with Hungarian texts.

Class participation, assigned works, oral presentation, and the final project on a topic of students’ interests will provide the basis for grading.

Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of Hungarian language or consent of instructor.
