After Berkeley, Jane taught humanities at a number of private and charter schools in the Bay Area (Maybeck High School, Head-Royce School, Marin Academy, Summit Public Schools). She then received an MA in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley (2018-2020) and is currently a therapist at the First Hope Program in Contra Costa County.
