Jill Minkus works as Consultant at Amplifier Strategies in San Francisco, where she consults, on initiative strategy, program design, and performance monitoring and evaluation, clients including the Cape Cod Fisheries Trust, California Ocean Science Trust, Resources Legacy Fund, and the Gates Foundation. Jill has more than a decade of professional experience consulting to foundations, nonprofit organizations and family philanthropies. She previously served as a grants and contracts specialist at Walden House, one of California’s largest substance abuse treatment organizations, and was the first administrative/program director of A Home Away from Homelessness, a nonprofit serving homeless children and families—her first job after the Berkeley M.A. (She holds B.A. from Reed College.)
